UPGRADE delivers customised concepts which can be rolled out in companies at scale. The UPGRADE Learning Platform “WeObjectify” is a whitelabel, bespoke-built software package that allows systematic and trackable assessment solutions, enabling our clients to be in full control of all developed training, assessment and certification interventions.
At UPGRADE there are no generic solutions – all interventions are designed together with the client and delivered in that organisation alone. An UPGRADE intervention can be a one-time event or a continuous iterative process, depending on the client’s needs.

Conventional client-facing training interventions usually address only the visible behaviour of employees. However, the attitudes and behavior of individuals in their private lives often differ considerably from their business lives. This discrepancy is usually an unspoken taboo and the implications are ignored.
If important aspects of the attitudes and behavior of staff do not clearly match the vision and objectives of the company, this can lead to inefficiency, incoherence and friction within the organisation.
